5 - Waist
6 - Circumfrence of knee
7 - Circumfrence of Bicep
8 - Circumfrence of Elbow
9 - Circumfrence of Wrist
10 - Inside leg (behind nuts to knee)
11 - Inside knee (behind nuts to ankle)
12 - Full back length ( hold tape just behind your nuts, and take measurement from this point all the way over your back protector, to the nape of your neck)
13 - Back jacket (measurement from back waist line to nape of the neck
14 - Outer arm seam measurement

Guidance notes.
a. You are working out where and how long all the seams need to be, so if in doubt look at the location of seams on an existing suit, this will show you roughly where you should be holding your tape.
b. Your waistline is the horizontal line through your belly button. for the back jacket length, it is a good idea to stand in front of a mirror, stick your finger in your belly button and imagine where your finger would come out of your back, this is the back waist line.
c. Take all measurements whilst wearing anything that you will wear under the suit, back protector knee braces etc.
d. We need the actual measurement, so dont let the tape hang loose, but also dont pull it too tight.
e. We prefer the measurements to be supplied in Feet and Inches.
